YES i know it's exam week. But i just can't stay away from my computer and especially from blogging! But anyway, it's good enough that i am at home, completing my *ahem* to do list =) Yeah i seriously need a TO DO LIST or i'd end up procrastinating-- Isn't it pretty? ^^
Yesterday was supposedly the day Peiyi and I(only) planned to mug up on our subjects in my house after lunch. But it ended up with us, plus Rebecca, Huping, Eleanor, Shinyee, Winnie and Gary. Since that MANY people came, we divided the house into our own private space and agreed on fining people for unnecessary talks. Obviously, Gary owed the most with a beautiful figure of $5.50 I told you we were hardworking! And *shrugs* disciplined.
Anyway, as the day turned wild, we all stopped studying at about 6pm and instead, (as expected) PLAYED! You know this kiddy game of rock paper scissors? And whoever win would move backward while the loser move forward. And eventually, it'll be like split? If you don't, that's alright because i have a video to show you all!
ROLLICKING! (sorry if your head snapped while watching this video) I swear it was genuinely fun! Especially when Peiyi and i teamed up against Rebecca and Shinyee; two long legs versus two short legs.(NO OFFENCE GUYS) Haha. Becca does split pretty well though, as for Shinyee, she's so unflexible! SUPER ADORABLE. Bah, they just rock, rock and still rockin' (and Shuling! Too bad she was exhausted that day) ^^
Lastly Elvira just tagged me on this weird game (and i believe, humiliating!!)
RULES: Each person who gets tagged needs to write a blog post of their own 6 idiosyncracies as well as clearly state this rule. After stating your own six weirdness you need to choose six people to be tagged and list their names at the bottom of the entry.Don't forget to leave a comment on their tagboards to say you're tagged and tell them to read your blog for more information as to what it means. Idiosyncracies means a characteristic, habit, mannerism, or the like, that is peculiar to the individual.
1. I am neither attracted to BOYS nor GIRLS despite my age. (teens are supposed to be flirtatious) 2. I sing alone in the middle of the night when i'm scared. 3. I talk to myself. HAHAHA! Do not freak out. 4. I can't stand insolent people to an EXTREME extent that i'll snap back at the person regardless of their age/position. 5. I like Barbie and Hello Kitty even till now, but i assure you, i'm not childish. 6. I want to have a child at the age of 25. (young Mummy!)
You're TAGGED!: -Cindy -Peiyi -Rebecca
Dance SYF 2007
Thursday, April 26, 2007 @ 5:25 AM
Finally the SYF results were out. Unfortunately, we got a silver instead of the Gold with Honours that we hoped to get. We had been practising for 6 months just for that 6 minutes on stage. The moment Mr Tse announced it to me, i was appalled, and frankly, i did not know whether i should be gratified or discontented due to the stringent judges this year. I chose to be upset as this is my graduating year and apparently, last SYF. Tears did trickled down my cheeks a few times but somehow, the spirits of the dancers cheered me up. Indeed, this is my last year. However, seeing the improvements, regardless of team spirit, bonding and techniques, i am REALLY very proud of them and am relieve to step down.
Thus, even if we did not get what we wanted, does that mean that we are going to lower ourselves and hang our heads low? NO. Because no matter what we get, we're Henderson Modern Dance Club, and without doubt, the BEST, always.. Most importantly, we've enjoyed the process. And you know what, you've really made the seniors proud. And in 2009, we're going to come back, and this time, much stronger, much better and most importantly, with love, we are going to achieve!
Must have been God's love, and definitely, kindness =)

Tomorrow's the BIG day! (Dance's Singapore Youth Festival 2007) Go DANCERS! Anyway..... I've got a wonderful experience to share with you guys! After dance practice today, Cindy (who waited for me for like, 3 hours) and i decided to go to Takashimaya to eat the delicious OMU RICE! On the way there, we were so engrossed in our conversations that i left my wallet in the bus! And preposterously, i only realised that while we were buying donuts. Which is like, 15 minutes later. I was UBER PANIC! (first thing did was pray, SERIOUSLY) There are jillions of important stuffs inside FYI! Especially my Isetan vouchers!! So i called the SBS transit to report about the loss and insist for them to call me once they found it ASAP. Also, pathetically, i had to borrow Cindy's money and tried to enjoy myself troughout the whole trip. During the quality time spent, we met good guy number 1. That was the waiter in the restaurant. He ran after us as Cindy left her handphone there. We were REALLY GRATEFUL because the SBS uncle would reach me through Cindy's number. If it were to lose, I'd cry with Cindy (my HP can't receive calls temporarily) Then as we were about to go home, Cindy was reminded that she had to pay for her Starhub bill which was located in Plaza Sg (the nearest branch). And the fact that i cannot bear to let someone who waited for three hours for me and who had went through this nonsense with the helpless me, i suggested to accompany her to Plaza Sg. I was so frantic with worry that i ignore messages that i received. (except Vanilla's) but as the phone kept sending messages that a certain number had tried to reach me since the moment i stepped out of Takashimaya, i decided to call the number back. I said weakly, "hello, did anyone called my handphone number since just now?" "Ooh, is this Stephanie?" "Yes." "I am calling for Body Contour and a lady has called and reported that she found your wallet" *My heart was thumping with excitement* "Really?!" (LOL.. i was too euphoric for other words) "Yeah, this lady called Anita claimed that she found your wallet and wants me to contact you. Do you want to write down her number and called her back?"
NOTE: It was such a coincidence that the woman's name was Anita because my friend, Anita, was on the same bus and got off later. So i thought it was her.
And imprudently i replied " Oooh! She's my friend, i have her number. Thank you! byee" Whilst calling Anita, Body Contour Spa called back, "Stephanie, she's not your friend. I think you should write her number down." "Ooh okay, hahaa" I replied embarrassedly. Then we arranged to meet in Tiong Bahru and took a cab (had to borrowed poor Cindy's money again) there. AND TADAAAAH! I GOT MY WALLET BACK! plus, i thanked her perpetually. I feel really blessed and lucky =) And i felt fortunate that the one experiencing all these with me is Cindy. Also, it is Monday and she just got her weekly allowance (thus have money to spare) And also, the fact that i accompanied her to Plaza Sg and received the call there. Imagine if i went at home, i'd have to go back to Tiong Bahru myself. And you know what, it is such a bliss to know that there are still kind people around ^^ SHE CALLED ALL THE WAY TO MY FREQUENTLY VISITED SPA EH! (in case you're wondering, the membership card was in my wallet) Last but not least, The one who went through it all with me =) Thanks dear :)
boys VS girls preparation time
Tuesday, April 17, 2007 @ 5:47 AM
Jervis AKA my beloved sister (urgggghhh) thinks that 1 hour spent for preparation to bed is EXTREMELY long. He really has no idea of what we do, doesn't he? Hahaha! I'm speaking on behalf of most girls. So boys, WATCH and LEARN =) Time starts at 7pm Firstly, had to prepare a towel, pyjamas etc etc. Then, as you stepped into the bathroom (with mirrors), you can't help but to spend a few minutes to catch a glimpse of yourself.
And then you shower. + wet oneself + apply shampoo + apply conditioner + scrub oneself (body scrub) + soap oneself (body soap) + cleanse the face + brush the teeth + rinse and enjoy the warm water for a while + dry oneself Thirdly, wear our garments and then proceed to blow drying of hair. And when it's halfway dry, apply hair treatment for the poor heated blown hair. Fourthly, apply body lotion/butter to our delicate skins =p In addition, i had apply Sally Hansen's daily nail treatment for dry nails due to excessive nail polishes. So, which part of an hour is long? It is the optimum time for preparation to sleep. Jervis disagreed though. He claimed that he only took 2 minutes to bathe.
(Jervis AKA)- | §mª®†BØ¥4 | - says: look - | §mª®†BØ¥4 | - says: shirt to take off - 3 secs. bottom - 2 secs - | §mª®†BØ¥4 | - says: get your whole body wet - | §mª®†BØ¥4 | - says: 10 secs - | §mª®†BØ¥4 | - says: shampoo everything you need. 30secs - | §mª®†BØ¥4 | - says: that is not even 1 min yet - | §mª®†BØ¥4 | - says: so sometimes i dance around and waste time
HAHAHA. I swear that he's ULTRA hilarious!
What friendship is all about
Monday, April 09, 2007 @ 8:38 PM
You know what's the best thing about high school? It's the sleepover days you experience with your friends. Provided that they're fun, of course =) Peiyi and Shul came over to stay in my house. And that's also when i realised what great friends i have. Being the Miss-gotta-sleep-early i am, I decided to leave them (who insisted on staying through the night) in the living room watching DVDs. You know. there are some friends who want fun and only fun to the extent of what we call, INCONSIDERATION? At first i thought they were going to disturb me because they are really HIGH, mad people. Especially when Shuling hit the popcorn tin loudly. Then Peiyi said this to her, "hey, keep quiet, Stephanie's sleeping," And Shul immediately stopped. I was seriously astonished. I mean, it's Peiyi, the LOUD and IMPISH person that people marked her as. Then i thought to myself, what is sleeping compared to having two great friends for the day? And perhaps, i wouldn't get to experience such fun anymore wouldn't i? And i stood up and joined them ^^V Plus, WE HAD FUN! and even two supper =p LOL
BTW some people are really funny. They took a pic with 8/10 of the photo covered with their faces and claimed that they're overseas. Thus through these inspiration, we then jumped on the bandwagon.
Peiyi having a bubble bath in Paris whilst served wine. Shuling and I dancing in Latin. Yeah pretty jejune, but we had fun. And that's what matters =) NTF, if you guys ever think of joining yoga, you may want to reconsider =p And before i officially end this post, let me present you guys, DANCE PERFORMANCE by them! *claps*
so far so good

Dear Diary, today YEOJINGCHENG is really crazy! grrrrr~ You'll get it from me >3<
Anyway, despite the 'study time' i had with Eleanor and Shinyee, i still got sinister stares from teachers due to incomplete homeworks. Yesterday, Shinyee and Eleanor came over to Great World with the intention of doing homework. Well it turned out a little bit different from studying. HAHA =) We went to SPIZE for supper after that. Today i went to meet Marlla to chill out. Then i gave her a deodorant (as an april fool's joke). She stared at it as if it was something she had never seen, as if it was some kind of joke. I mean it is a so-called joke, but to be laughed at and not to be stared at. She decently questioned me, "why are you passing me your deodorant?" LOL.
I can't imagine what will her reaction be if i told her Hiangkeat and Andy saw it. No! Worst! What if they thought it was mine. That will be so.. EMBARRASING! See Marlla, i sacrifised myself just to get you that 'gift' =p
Then we chatted and chatted until she came to this boyfriend topic. She was asking whether i liked anyone. So i told her yes. Curiously she asked "Is he smart?" i said yes. "Is he good-looking?" I said yes. "Is he tall?" I replied yes. Then she was super uptight and insists that he was perfect. She questioned "Then what's so bad about it?" (because i was complaining at how hard and disastrous it is to like him). "Well, he hates me." I replied nonchalantly. She GLARED AT ME "You like someone who hates you?" Anyway, i told her i was kidding after that.
