BANK BAD OF AMERICA
Tuesday, September 09, 2008 @ 9:21 PM

OK so, I am really pissed with the Bank of America right now, and I really hope that many people are going to be reading this because THIS bank (The Bank of America, also known as BofA) is not providing the right customer service that a bank should offer since banks' purposes are to provide good services.

Specifically,on the 8th of August (Friday), which is a month ago, my bank account was stated that it had a $100 withdrawal which I have never made because in America, especially for students, we do not usually carry more than $50 in our wallet as everything can be conveniently done with a card. Anyway, I then approached the Bank of America in the Northgate Mall, since that is where the teller made that TIME & EFFORT-CONSUMING MISTAKE,on the 13th August (Wednesday) because the bank is not open on Sunday (My only less busy day) and thus, I had to go on Wednesday because I would not be having school on Thursday.

Long story cut short, overall, I have approached the bank 8 times about the MISTAKE that the teller commit and to my extreme disappointment, their promises of returning it always went back to the same futile effort.

I mean, seriously, the purpose of the Bank of America is what? To make other bank envious? To provide the best service? Best service in what?! Are they so busy that 8 requests is not enough to revert THEIR mistake?

I mean, I am not pissed because of a $100 which is not even much. I am just annoyed that they are not even doing AT LEAST a good in effort, in at least keeping their promise. If the Bank of America is not adequate in providing the service they are supposed to deliver then do not make empty promises. Or at the very least if they want to claim that they are providing the "best service", be pretentious enough to at least look like they are instead of being unprofessional!
I am so furious! If they are incapable of bringing the money back, then just apologize at the VERY beginning instead of making me waste time and effort and getting furious at something so trivial!

GOSH, seriously, are there any better banks in Seattle????
