First of all, Happy Birthday Hellena =)

On the 25th October, we celebrated Helen's (Hellena's) birthday in the Ruth's Chris Steak House.
One week before that, me, Stephanie Juniarta Tjiu decided to come up with the most brilliant idea ever! That is, to create a Helen's Day, which will consist of a proper dinner, and of course before that, clues and challenges (with the help of Ani!).
Basically, I spent my time doing this instead of doing my Science homework =X

It turned out pretty great actually! She was mad at first because both Andre (her companion for the day) and her had to walk around virtually the whole of downtown for approximately 3 hours in order to eventually reach the dining place and by that time, her hands were full of flowers and balloons. Fortunately everything turned out great. I really hope she is happy cause she's like my new lover! Well, Ani and Helen, which explains the title of this post.
Here are some photos from the actual day.

Anyways, I am really delighted about the whole thing, but OK, this is really weird, at the same time, I am pretty much intimidated of what other church members may think.
Ani and I talked and realize that by creating a special day for Helen to spend quality time with her, we are excluding the rest of the church members which left me pondering and pondering and nevertheless feeble... somehow.
Originally this whole thing was meant to be a "quality-time-day" but people seemed to presume that we are celebrating her birthday which is not even the case.. That is the reason why I chose Saturday (25th) instead of the 26th (Sunday) or 27th (Monday), which is her actual birthday. It is solely because I thought that our church members would want to celebrate it with her on Sunday while her family would like to celebrate it on her actual day, 27th October.
Apparently by doing so, we are considered to be ostracising people.
ARHHHH! I am so confused! Like seriously....
AWRY..!
You know what?
It is really a good thing I have a blog.
Then I could really blabber, narrate, jot down all my thoughts without bothering other people!
And to think that I wanted to delete this blog! Sheeesh..
